About DAWN

"Why Kingman?"  It's a question I'm asked frequently.  The answer is simple: family & friends.  And that's what makes life meaningful, the people we live it with.  Ou area is a place you can call home, and I service most of northwestern Arizona.   I've been fortunate to see Mohave County expand over the years, and I'm happy to be a part of that growth as a Realtor.  I would love to help you and the people who make your life worthwhile search for a place where you can grow together.  

I hail from a little town called Truxton, Arizona, nestled on historic Route 66. This country convert did get herself an education, doing four years hard time at Northern Arizona University.  Bachelor's degree in Business Admin?  Check!  Afterwards, I labored for the ubiquitous "man" at the Mohave County Assessor's Office (residential, commercial appraisal, personal property, and tax exemptions).  After my seven year tenure with the county, I decided to pursue a secondary degree in one of my great passions: fine art.  I obtained my AA of Fine Arts in 2015, and subsequently started my full time real estate sales career.  Here I am to this day.

I believe in being honest and fostering trust with all of my clients.  They deserve experience to help guide them through their property sales and purchases, and I strive to provide it to them though a broad knowledge base.  If you have a property you’d like to sell, or you’re in the market for your next adventure,  I'm here to help.  Let’s get you home.
