About Kinnie's Kove,

Real Estate is in my blood. My mom and sister were REALTORS. My favorite Aunt is a Broker/Owner of Otero Property Management in Apache Junction. My parents also bought and flipped many homes back in the 80's and I was always a part of the clean up crew! Once I was able to make that leap later in life I went for it so 21 yrs ago I acquired my AZ RE License in Lake Havasu City and that's where it all began. I have lived in and SOLD real estate in Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Bullhead City AZ, Des Moines, Ankeny and Okoboji Iowa. I specialize in listing Residential, Land, Riverfront Residential and Low/High Desert Properties.

Prior to Real Estate, I worked as an Executive Assistant to 2 Senior Vice Presidents in a national financial institution for 10 years learning the ropes of Corporate America and this is where I fine tuned my professional skills. I also worked as a Dental Assistant for many years showing compassion and care to my patients, which has carried over to my Real Estate business.

I acquired my Business Degree from William Penn University with Cum Laude honors in 2003. I carry the Real Estate Designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR).
